RBH is proud to be part of this project and raise money for women in coffee along with Grow to Market and other women in coffee entrepreneurs in the DMV area. The inclusion and empowerment of women in the coffee industry is crucial for fostering sustainable growth, improving the quality of coffee production, and promoting social equity.

Women make up a significant portion of the labor force in coffee farming, processing, and trade, yet they often face barriers such as limited access to resources, land ownership, market access, and leadership roles. By supporting women’s involvement, the industry not only helps reduce gender disparities but also taps into a wealth of untapped potential.
